Bike Riding

Does the childhood shift from trying and training to classroom teaching actually slow formation?

Now the goal of our instruction is love that comes from a pure heart, a good conscience, and a sincere faith.
— 1 Timothy 1:5

I was asked the question, "How did you learn to ride a bike?" Honestly, I can't remember. It wasn't from learning physics and solving equations. I think by trying and getting the hang of it. So much is learned this way. I'm sure there are neurobiological reasons that young children learn so much so quickly. But might adults also grow more with a focus on trying and training, not just teaching? Jesus and Paul seem more like coaches than professors.
